All measurements below are body measurements. Measure yourself, not a garment you own. Between two sizes? Most styles with firm shaping (boning, zip) wear best a size up for comfort.

Bust: around the fullest part, tape level.
Waist: around the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
Hip: around the fullest part of the hips and seat.

This bra is sized in real bra sizes, so the charts below are grouped by band. Measure snugly under your bust for the band, then around the fullest part of your bust for the cup, and find the row where both match. Body measurements, not the garment.
