Privacy policy

We collect what we need to run the store and get your order to you, and not much else. Here's the whole picture, in plain English. This policy covers saturnsqueeze.com, operated by Saturn Products LLC.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email address, and what you bought. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

When you email support: your email address and whatever you tell us, so we can fix the thing you wrote about.

When you ask to be notified about a sold-out item: your email address, used to send you that one back-in-stock notice. Signing up for a restock alert is not a marketing opt-in.

When you browse: standard analytics data such as pages visited, device type, and general location, collected through cookies.

If you join our email list, we'll send you marketing emails, and you can unsubscribe with one click at any time. If you start a checkout and don't finish, we may send a reminder about the items you left. Order confirmations and shipping updates go to every customer; those aren't marketing, they're your order.

ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

We don't sell your personal information. We do share some of it. Here is exactly what, with whom, and why.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. We also run advertising pixels from Meta and Pinterest on our site. When you visit, those pixels share specific activity with Meta and Pinterest: the pages and products you view, the items you add to your cart, and your purchases. We share this so we can measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people likely to want our products. This happens for every visitor, whether or not you came from one of our ads.

Under California law, this counts as "sharing." You can opt out at any time: email support@saturnsqueeze.com and we'll stop sharing your information for advertising (see YOUR RIGHTS).

Cookies keep your cart working, remember your session, and power the analytics and advertising above. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout need them to function.

WHO ELSE SEES YOUR DATA

The service providers who run the store with us: Shopify (our store platform), our payment provider, our fulfillment and shipping partners (who get your name and address, because they deliver the package), our email provider, and the analytics and advertising tools above. Each gets only what it needs to do its job. We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone outside this list except where the law requires.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to never be treated worse for exercising any of these rights. We extend the same courtesies to everyone, wherever you live.

To exercise any of these rights, including opting out of sharing, email support@saturnsqueeze.com. We'll confirm your request and handle it within the timeline the law sets, and usually much faster.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails stay while the conversation is useful. Everything else we keep only as long as it serves a purpose, then it goes.

CHILDREN

Our store isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

CHANGES

If we update this policy, the new version applies from the day it's posted here, with the date updated below.
