These are the terms for shopping at saturnsqueeze.com. We've kept them in plain English on purpose. Buying from us or using this site means you agree to them.

 

WHO WE ARE

 

This store is operated by Saturn Products LLC, a United States company.

 

ORDERS

 

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may need to cancel an order in rare cases, for example a stock issue, a pricing error, or a problem verifying payment. If we cancel your order, we'll tell you why and refund you in full, promptly.

 

PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

We work to keep prices, descriptions, and photos accurate. If we get something wrong, a mispriced item or a listing error, our responsibility is to correct it and to cancel and fully refund any affected order. Prices may change, but never on an order you've already placed.

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. The amount you see at checkout is everything you pay; see our Shipping Policy on duties and fees.

 

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

 

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are short and worth reading; in any conflict between this page and those, those policies win for their subjects.

 

IF A CHARGE LOOKS WRONG

 

Email support@saturnsqueeze.com before opening a bank dispute. Billing issues are almost always faster to fix directly, and we fix them.

 

OUR PRODUCTS

 

Saturn Squeeze makes shapewear: garments for shaping, smoothing, and support. Our products are clothing, not medical devices, and we make no medical claims. If you have a medical condition that compression garments could affect, check with your doctor first.

 

USING THIS SITE

 

The content on this site, including our name, copy, and images, belongs to us. You're welcome to share it; you may not republish it commercially or pass it off as your own. Don't use the site to do anything unlawful or to interfere with anyone else's use of it.

 

OUR LIABILITY

 

We stand behind our products, and if something goes wrong with your order we'll fix it: replacement or refund. Beyond the price you paid us, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights the law doesn't allow us to limit.

 

GOVERNING LAW

 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the United States.

 

CHANGES

 

If we update these terms, the new version applies from the day it's posted here. The terms in force when you placed your order are the ones that apply to it.
