SHIPPING

 

The price you see at checkout is everything you pay. No duties, no import fees, no surprises at the door.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

 

We currently ship within the United States.

 

SHIPPING RATES

 

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75.

 

For orders under the free-shipping threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks of ordering. Our pieces ship from our production partner overseas, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic warehouse, and why we'd rather give you an honest range than a tight promise we might miss.

 

You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Tracking may stay quiet for the first several days while your package is in transit to the US. That's normal. Once it lands stateside, USPS handles final delivery and tracking updates pick up.

 

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

 

All duties and import fees are prepaid by us. You will never owe anything at delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee to receive a Saturn Squeeze package, don't pay it; email support@saturnsqueeze.com and we'll sort it out and make you whole.

 

IF SOMETHING SELLS OUT

 

If an item in your order sells out before it ships, we'll contact you and refund that item in full. We never substitute one product for another without asking.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

 

If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or your order seems lost, email support@saturnsqueeze.com with your order number. We'll chase it down and, if it's truly lost, replace it or refund you.
