RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Thirty days, no fuss. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

 

THE SHORT VERSION

 

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Email us, tell us what didn't work, and we'll take care of you with a refund, a replacement, or an exchange, whichever fits.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

 

Email support@saturnsqueeze.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work. We reply with the next steps. That's the whole process from your side.

 

WHAT QUALIFIES

 

Items should be unworn and unwashed, with the hygiene liner intact where one is attached. Shapewear is intimate apparel, so we ask that you try pieces on over your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, our reusable nipple covers are final sale and can't be returned.

 

REFUNDS

 

Refunds go to your original payment method. Once we process your refund, your bank typically posts it within 5 to 10 business days. We'll email you when it's on its way.

 

WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, that's on us. Email support@saturnsqueeze.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Changed your mind? Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it's already on its way, we'll handle it as a return once it arrives.

 

EXCHANGES

 

Sizing is the most common reason shapewear comes back, and it's an easy fix. Tell us the size that didn't work and we'll get the right one moving.

 

A NOTE ON CHARGE DISPUTES

 

If anything about your order or your charge looks wrong, email us first. We resolve almost everything within a day or two, and it will always be faster than a bank dispute.
